Who we are
Creative Hans Automations is a business registered in Kenya. We set up and run WhatsApp appointment reminders for clinics. Contact us on 0723 771 528 (call or WhatsApp) or at hello@creativehansautomations.com.
If you booked on our demo
Lakeview Dental Care is a demonstration, not a real clinic. When you book there, we collect your name, phone number, the date and time you chose, and your agreement to a reminder. We use them only to send that reminder and to reply when you tap. We delete demo bookings within 30 days.
If you're a patient of a clinic that uses our reminders
Your clinic decides what it records about you and is responsible for it. We handle your name, phone number and appointment details on the clinic's behalf, only to send your reminder and record your reply. We only message patients who agreed to reminders.
Who else handles it
We don't sell personal data or share it for anyone else's use. To send messages, it passes through the services that run the system: WhatsApp (Meta) delivers the messages, Google Sheets holds the appointment sheets, and an automation service connects them. These services may store data outside Kenya.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it removed. Message 0723 771 528 and we'll act within 7 days. To stop reminders, tell your clinic or message us.
If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (odpc.go.ke).
